RESTAURANT PROJECT
10th graders made an End of Unit Project, in which they had the opportunity to practice different skills. They were assigned specific instructions to design a themed restaurant, for that they needed to brainstorm, plan their project but most importantly, show good organizing skills and ability to do team work.
They had to discuss and come up with ideas to open their restaurant. Afterwards, they made a plan, design a mock-up, a menu, and advertising. Later, they prepared an oral presentation to share information about their target consumers, type of cuisine to be served, atmosphere, décor and entertainment. They included details such as the restaurant`s location, prices and ways of advertising it. They did an excellent job as a team and worked really hard as well. Our students showed a remarkable ability to plan a project in all its stages, tons of creativity and an excellent capacity to do oral presentations. Excellent job girls!
