Americano Speech Contest

Americano School invited us to their English Speech Contest. The topic was really challenging and needed a lot of reflection and critical thinking. The question was “How does Compassion fatigue affect our country (initial category), our continent (intermediate category) and our world (advanced category), and how WE SHOULD  decide which problem(s) should receive the most attention and funding.
Clara Hernandez, from 9th grade, won second place in initial Category and Isabella Noguera, 10th grade, got third place in Intermediary category.

All Los Pinos participants, which included, Ximena Obando, 8th grade, Renata Manzano, 10th grade, and Daniela Garces, 2BGU gave very interesting and thoughtful speeches.
